job hunting.

It has been a somewhat mentally draining day. Granted I haven't actually left my house yet, just poring through sites after sites, and filling in pages after pages have left me, I must say, pretty exhausted. And perhaps a tinge embarrassed and nauseous by the amount of self-puffery put into the cover letters.

I must say however that I do have one good news. While in the midst of job application, I suddenly got a phonecall from one of the companies I applied to. It totally caught me by surprise and as a result, I even missed the name of the company (I had to ask Daryl to call them back just to find out which company it actually was...). Also, I had to frantically jot down details while remembering to sound 'vibrant' and 'confidant' at the same time. Sheesh.

So that means I have my first job interview tomorrow morning. Wish me luck.

Actually, just wish me a well-paying job...
