I don't know how he does it, but Jamie Oliver still keeps coming up with genius dishes, where you can just sit and drool over the cooking process. And unlike other chefs and cooking shows, the presentation's amazing from start to finish. And you just know that it tastes awesome because you get to see what goes into the dish. I must say most of my endeavours in cooking are attributed and inspired by him. And he's the reason why I don't use cookbooks too.
