I am absolutely stoked for Australia!!!

After conceding a dubious goal from the Japanese, they stuck in and managed in miraculous not one, not two, but THREE goals in the last 16 minutes!

I'm not an Australian citizen, and I don't even have my PR status yet, but boy am I proud of the country, which I can call my second home, next to Malaysia!

I know alot of people were rooting for Japan cause they are Asians. Well I shared that same belief in Korea the last World Cup as well. But this World Cup I'm rooting for England and Australia; the latter because I consider myself a part of the country in a way.

Plus the win means a) possible benefits! (we're getting free World Cup coverage because Australia is in the World Cup, and b) us Asians can walk down the city safe! (knowing how ang mohs are so skilled at differentiating Asians...

But boy, I wish I had a green and gold jersey to wear tomorrow!!!

And I'm also glad cause my girlfriend watched her first football match! (although not together with me...), and she was finally supporting the same team as me! Hehe! I'm so proud of you, Monkey ;)
