stand up for Chelsea FC.

So the Premiership race is finally done and dusted. Credit to Manchester United who has been outstanding all season and giving all the teams a good run for their money. They've done well and mostly deserved the trophy for getting the results they have achieved. I would applaud them, and maybe even have respect for them, but there will always be players like Ronaldo and fans like youknowwho.

And also much more credit to Chelsea F.C., for managing to chase the title down to the wire despite the strings of injuries which kept their best keeper and defenders out during the crucial moments. It can always be a case of could-haves and should-haves, but what's more important is the fighting spirit each of the players have shown, even when staring adversity in the face. Just look at how our CaptainTerry has sprung back from injury to injury, refusing to go down even when he was kicked right in his face. Or our keeper Cech who has come back in amazing form despite suffering from a serious head injury. We've copped alot of flak about spending too much on players yet not producing the results, but not every superstar is a guaranteed investment, and as much as there's talk of money, Chelsea have shown that with Mourinho at the helm, they've managed to become winners.

Personally, I'm very glad that despite his occasional overthetop exaggerations, Mourinho has decided to reciprocate the guard of honour when Manchester United visits Stamford Bridge, just like they did when we ran out as champions on their turf two years ago. I am fully behind Mourinho and never prouder to be a Chelsea fan. Unlike others who jump on the next bandwagon when their team doesn't win, or those in it for the glory, the real Blue fans would know how much we've achieved under Mourinho as a team over the last few seasons. And as a supporter Chelsea FC for 9 years, I wear my colours proudly.

Till the next season,

C'mon, you Blues! C'mon Chelsea!
